Shipping and Returns
How much does postage cost?
UK: free P&P from £40; £2.50 P&P under £40.
EU: £5 P&P.
Rest of the world: please get in touch for a quote.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are posted on Thursdays using Royal Mail 1st Class postage, or similar so should normally arrive at UK addresses on the Friday or Saturday.
Can I return a product?
If a stock item is unused and in its original condition, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (customers outside of UK & EU will receive a refund minus postage costs).
You are responsible for return postage.
Before you send anything back, please contact us so we can find the best solution (for example, it might not be necessary for you to send the item back).
Custom orders and commissions are not eligible for a refund, but if an item is not to your satisfaction get in touch to see what we can do.
My order has arrived damaged or faulty – what should I do?
Please get in touch explaining what has happened to arrange for a replacement or a refund.
Tax and Customs
Do prices include VAT?
No, as there is no VAT to pay on UK orders. Other countries may charge VAT on imports.
Will I be charged customs duties?
Some countries may charge an import or customs fee. Please check your own country’s rules, as you will be responsible for paying any charges and additional fees.
EU orders will also be charged VAT.
Products
How should I look after my drawings and prints?
Drawings and prints are best kept framed behind glass. Archival and lightfast materials are used but all products should still be kept out of direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Can I commission a portrait or other non-sacred work?
Probably not at this time… but if it’s a subject that really inspires me then I will certainly consider it, so it might just be worth getting in touch!
